Support Immediate as Problem Appears :- Do we need any corporate Set up RRS feed

                      Hey I do have question regarding HIS 2010 immediate support issue.

                      This is not urgent...but just trying to figureot...the option available when disaster hapens.

                  What if our production System that uses the HIS 2010 ...stop working and...do need the Microsoft support immediately??

                   Do we need to set up any corporate account set up with microsoft for that or..do require....any incident created?? What are the standard way    to get help from microsoft.
