  • We got a new toshiba laptop with windows 10, my wife set it up but cant remember the password ,how can we reset the password.

  • If MS account was used, then use the following link for sign-in problems :

    There is no other official method to recover or reset the password for Windows. .

    If you are using Microsoft Account, we could refer to arnavsharma`s link to reset the password.

    If you are using a local account, I am afraid we have to perform a re-installation unless you have created a reset password disk before.
