Auto Attendant - After hours only RRS feed

  • I am trying to configure an auto attendant with the following features:

    1. During work hours, calls should go to the reception. If they aren't answered after 20 seconds, they then get forwarded to the auto attendant.

    2. After work hours, calls should always go straight to the auto attendant.

    It seems that having both features 1 and 2 at the same time is impossible with Lync/Exchange UM. Calls can be directed to the reception, but how are we supposed to forward them to the auto attendant after work hours? If I simply forward all reception calls to the auto attendant, there's no option to have incoming calls ring at the reception for 20 seconds during work hours.

    I see that there is an option to apply the call forwarding settings according to the work hours configured in Outlook, but that doesn't help since I want different call forwarding behavior during work hours and after work hours. Basically, before going to the auto attendant, I want incoming calls to ring for 20s during work hours and 0s after work hours.
