    Is installing Device Registration Service mandatory when I only want to use claime based user authentication?

    Can I skip the following installation step:

    Initialize-ADDeviceRegistration `
-ServiceAccountName "EXAMPLE\FsGmsa`$" `
-DeviceLocation "example.lan" `
-RegistrationQuota 10 `
-MaximumRegistrationInactivityPeriod 90 `
-Credential $Credential `
-Force

Enable-AdfsDeviceRegistration `
-Credential $Credential `
-Force
