Import "Custodian" values with CSV

Question
-
I need to import in Service Manager Database bulk computer CI values, as "Status" and "Custodian". I read with attention the article to http://blogs.technet.com/b/servicemanager/archive/2010/09/24/importing-computers-via-csv.aspx link, but (I'm newby) I have some problem as to import the field Custodian by CSV. About the example files the document suggest to format the file about Alias=Custodian value with the property "Domain" (required) and "User Name". The result is that the fields are populated with the value domain.user, not only the user name. If I cancel "Domain" CSV import come back with an error.
How to resolve the problem to format the .xml CSV file in right way.
thanks for the help
