  Hi,

  if i got your qustion right you want to have Active Directory Role and createa forest/domain environment. Please see below link for information on how to install AD DS role.

  For second part i am not sure i got this right. By default Windows 2008 R2 allows to simultaneous RDP sessions to the remote computer.
