  • Hi,

How you have removed the user? Have you manually removed him from all user groups or you have removed him directly from all people section of site collection?

I would suggest you to check effectivie permissions by using security report account. You can get thsi by installing AdminToolkit in your environment.

You can get it here :

I hope this will help you out.

  • Hi,

I will suggest you to remove the user from entire site collection directly.

    You can follow these steps:

    1. Go to all people of your site collection. You can do it directly by appending _layouts/people.aspx?MembershipGroupId=0 to your site collection URL.

    2. Then check the checbox for the user you want to remove.

    3. Go to Actions-->Delete User from Site Collection.

I hope this will help you out.

    Thanks,
