Lync works, but Skype business couldn't login RRS feed

  • I use the Lync (ver 14.4.3 170308) on MAC, and the account could log in the system normally. But the same account couldn't log in the skype business (ver 16.22.170) app on MAC.  Is there any suggestion?

  • Is it happening for specific MAC machine or all ?

    What is the exact error you see while signing in?

    There are some known issues for Skype for Business on MAC. If you have signed in Lync client on MAC, and then change the client to Skype for Business client, it may cause you can’t sign in to Skype for Business. This is a known issue, the reason as below: some Lync profiles might be different from Skype for Business on Mac profiles and can cause a discrepancy. To fix this issue, you need to do a clean uninstallation of Lync for Mac, about how to do this, you could refer to the official document.
