High CPU store.exe on 1 out of 3 equal loaded servers

Question
-
Hello,
I'm running 3 exchange 2007 mailbox servers, each running with the same load, the same patch level and the same resources (memory, cpu, disk layout, running on VMWare) Each server is running 4 Mailbox-DB's. One of these 3 servers has the store.exe running between 50 and 100 % CPU all the time.
Reboot does not solve the issue, no particular events in the eventvwr. Mailbox database scan for viruses did nog find any virus or mailware inside database.
Any idea what is causing this?
regards
Frederik

Frederik,
Have you tried to analyze this with the help of Exmon (http://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=11461)
