How to use SP2010 with FAST ESP?

Question
-
Hi,
I know that SP2010 has a very nice integration with FAST Search for SP2010.
For MOSS 2007 there are the FAST ESP webparts on Codeplex to query FAST ESP. .. but how can I query FAST ESP from SP2010? The webparts on Codeplex do not work with SP2010.
Has anyone some hints for me?
thanks Sven

Hi Sven,
I am sorry but I am not aware of any third party products that provide that functionality.
Thanks!

Hi Sven,
The CodePlex items are not Microsoft products. I would recommend creating your own web part for this.
Thanks!

Hi Rob,
I agree Codeplex is not Microsoft, but I do not like the idea to develop this on my own, because I think this is more a general requirement to connect to FAST ESP from SP2010 than an indivual project based requirement.
Do you know if there are any 3rd party / COTS products than provide functionality?
Thanks
Sven

Sven,
We had to develop our own solution due to this limitation. I guess FAST 20XX will have this functionality for us :)
Thanks,

Jeremy,
you should share your solution with the public ;-) Is that solution based on the espwebparts from Codeplex?
FAST 2010 can be connected out of the box with SP2010.

Sven, We ended up using the IMS components from FSIS. We installed the client cert from FSIS on the SP 2010 box, added all the needed configuration to the web.config, and then created our own search results admin page using the IMS components. We also created our own search box web part that sent queries to our search page and not the OOTB sharepoint page. It was rather simple solution. I started down the path of creating webparts for the results page, but it got complicated. Maybe had I known about the codeplex ones for 2007, I would have went that route instead of IMS.
