I have figured it out. Thanks For the help!

Site Content and Structure. One can navigate there by selectingManage Content and Structure under the Site Actions menu. If you find the same item in that area, you will be able to check in the item or discard the check out.

The missing options are available in the Site Content and Structure views

  • Hi Project Help,

What do you mean by "cannot open"? Is the movie stored in a document librairy? Do you get any error message? What are you trying to achieve?

    Hope this helps,

  • Hi,

Don't you have any of those 2 buttons enabled to checkin the file?

You could also check this menu in the librairy settings to check-in the file:

    Hope this helps,

  • Dumb question, but did you click in the checkbox in front of the file name. If the file is not selected then the options in the ribbon are disabled.

    Hope this helps,
