Windows 7 ODBC crash ... Data Source Name not found RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have an application which uses a SQL 2005 database and Crystal Reports 10.  In Windows 7, when I try to pring a report I get "ODBC Driver Manager Data Source Name not found and no default driver specified."

I've tried Run as Admin, turning off UAC, and using compatibility settings on the .EXE file.  I've also tried testing in 32 bit as well as 64.   None of this helps ... I also tried XP Mode, but setting up the link to the SQL DB looks way too complex.

Does anyone have any ideas?   Thx in advance!
