SharePoint 2016 Content database size is double of actual content size

Hello Friends,
I am facing wearied problem with SharePoint 2016.
We have SharePoint 2016 15 server farm setup on Azure. When we upload 2TB data to any site its content database size grows up to 4TB. Which is happening in our dev servers which on premise.
Actual content from site are
Content Database shows
We haven't enabled any Audit logs, Workflows. What we have is only content Types for folder and Files.
Please help me to find the cause.
