Blue Screen Error RRS feed

  • we face error from windows 7 called blue screen.

    when the user work on his PC suddenly the windows give memory dump and restart the PC automatically then we find notification about the shutdown and the type of error BLUE SCREEn

    Hi,

     

    For BSOD issue, you may take following general steps to prevent an error like this from happening again:

     

    1.            Download and install updates and device drivers for your computer from Windows Update.

    2.            Scan your computer for computer viruses.

    3.            Check your hard disk for errors.

     

    Also you may check this problem in Clean Boot to narrow down whether this problem is caused by third party software.

    Note: Clean Boot is a step of troubleshooting, we can go back to normal by running MSCONIFG.

     

    If the issue, I suggest that you may upload the dump file (C:\Windows\Minidump) via SkyDrive, and post a link here. .
