App-V GPO doesn't show up in Group Policy Mgmt. RRS feed

    Hi,

    I would like to import the admx for App-v 5.0 SP3 into our GPO's so I downloaded the admx and adml from MIcrosoft.

    I was able to add the appv.admx to %systemroot%\PolicyDefinitions\ and appv.adml to %systemroot%\PolicyDefinitions\en-us but when I'm trying to edit GPO in GPO mgmt, it doesn't seems to work. Nothing happened. It should be an "APP-V" under Administrative Templates --> System but nothing seems to happen. Nothing have been changed so I have still no "APP-V" GPO.

    Any ideas?

    Do you have a Group Policy Central Store? If so, your local PolicyDefinitions Folder will be ignored. Therefore you need to copy the templates to:

    \\FQDN\SYSVOL\FQDN\policies\PolicyDefinitions
