microsoft office document cache has stopped working

  I'm on a Sony VAIO Flip laptop running Windows 8.1 with Office 365 and OneDrive.

  Hi,

  May I know more detailed info about your issue? Did you mean Office document cache made Office suit stopped working or just spell error "Cache" and "Crash"? Have you checked the event log?
