Answers

  • Also, just to clarify, R2 and R3 are feature packs, not upgrades. They provide supplemental functionality and are not free to all.

  • Hi,

You can install R2 if you have SCCM SP2 installed.

  • Hi,

To install R2 you need at least ConfigMgr Sp1. R3 is not yet released, it's scheduled to be released next year.

  • i always thought R2 was a stop gap until SP2 was released.

so i had R2 already installed before I applied SP2. Will i still have R2 Aditions still?

if i was installing fresh would this order be ok.

    SCCM SP1, SP2, R2?

  • Your suggested order will work just fine :) So will SCCM SP1 SP2 R2.
