    Trying to figure out if this is an issue specific to my environment or others are having this.

    Does anyone know if the Filter by keywords is only designed to filter the "Most Popular" or is it supposed to filter all available help articles? For me, it only filters most popular.  If an article is not listed under most popular, I have to use the search bar in the top right corner of the portal.

    With next update (coming out soon), we are going to support searching in all Help Articles.
