Silverlight Out Of Browser application and app-v RRS feed

  • Question

  • Hi,

We have a Silverlight OOB application that one of our client is prepared to get if it is runing within app-v environment.

As I don't have any experience about application virtualization, I wonder if this can be done.

I have seen some posts talking about virtualizing silverlight within IE, but not really in a Out Of Browser mode.

How can I make sure my application will work correcty?

    Thanks for your answers.

  • Sequence it, analyze it with a tool like AppDNA or Changebase or maybe somebody here has actually sequenced it before..

The plugin version works fine. Not sure how you intend to use this Silverlight. How it will be used as a standalone application? But if it needs to be used with something else you will need to virtualize with the dependency or use Dynamic Suiting to allow the apps to see one another.
