Hi,
Please let me know if it only occurred on this website? If so, I suggest contact ASP.net forum to ask if they have other solutions.
Best Regards,

Hi,
Would you please let me know if you installed any 3 third party language software? What program showed the letter incorrectly?
If any other language pack is installed, temp remove it and perform a Clean Boot. Also try reinstalling the language pack.

If the issue persists, I suggest reinstall the problematic program.
