Lync/SFB crashes for multiple users at call/meeting

Question

Hi
Our organization has been having this weird issue since a couple of weeks
For some people (some at different sites) Lync is crashing at call, both incoming and outgoing
My first thought was that it had something to do with the sound drivers since they all have the same computers and headsets
But when updating from Lync2013 to Skype for business half the problem went away. The client only freezes at outgoing calls. Incoming calls works fine until you hang up, then the SFB-client freezes
I've tested to let the user logon on a computer which Lync2013 works fine and it's no problem so probably not Lync account related
Also tested with another sound driver with no luck
I've completely uninstalled the lync client a couple of times and installed Lync2013 and SFB with no luck
The only error I get in event logs is a eventID 1002 "Application Hang" which doesn't help me much
They are all on Windows 7 enterprise x64 using Logitech headsets (Not sure which model exactly. But it works for the majority of the users using the same setup)
I have started to think that it is server related
Is there anything else I can test?

Have you updated all perquisites for the SFB updates?
I have seen a lot of installation with missing some needed updates like Office 2013 language pack sp1 etc.

Hi,
Did you receive any Lync\SFB error message on the Event Viewer?
Please also try to uninstall audio\video drivers on the issued PCs, and then install Windows Default drivers to have a test.
Best Regards

Yeah I have updated everything I possibly could
Would a missing language pack make Lync crash at calls? Sounds weird

As I said in my opening post, the only error message I get in event viewer is a 1002 Application Hang
I have not tried with the videos drivers only sound. Ill give it a go.

Any progress with this issue? I have exactly the same , Lync stop responding on outgoing calls , and then you end the incoming call.
