Out of office notification Outlook 2010 RRS feed

  • Question

  • I have one user who doesn't receive "out of office" message when creating an email and when entering email address in in the TO: box.

Another account on same computer works okay.  Recreate profile and still the same. Check settings, rules and find nothing that relates to the issue.

Google , search and find nothing.

    Help?

  • Hi,

Can this user receive OOF replies now? How is everything going on with this issue?

  • Hi,

Please first check if this issue can be reproduced on OWA.

If we send out the email, will you receive out-of-office email?

    >> Another account on same computer works okay.

We can add this account on another Outlook client to check the results. This helps determine whether this issue lies on this specific account.

We can try opening Outlook in safe mode to see if the issue continues. Please exit Outlook, press Win key + R to open the Run command, type outlook.exe /safe and then press Enter. This helps eliminate whether the problem lies on any third party add-ins.

Any updates, please feel free to post back.

    Regards,

    Perry
