Exchange 2010 Set delay for messages to be sent

Question

Is there a way to use Exchange's Throttling capabilities to set a delay in exchange so that after a user sends a message the server holds it for 60 seconds (in case user wants to recall message) before delivering it?Friday, October 12, 2012 12:42 PM

Hi
Martina is correct. You can not do that on exchange server.
The delay or schedule sending e-mail messages is possible, but it is on Outlook, on Client Side, not Exchange Sever.
