Did this issue occur to all users?
By my test, we could edit or delete Skype recurring meeting in outlook. To this issue, we suggest you do the following steps for troubleshooting:
- Use OWA with this specific user to check if the issue persist
- If this issue didn’t occur in OWA and just for specific user, try to re-add “Skype meeting add-in” for specific user; if this issue didn’t occur in OWA and for all users, update outlook to
the latest
- If this issue also occur on OWA for all users, we suggest you update Exchange server to the latest
