  • Hi. Is there anyway to change the default Outlook Calendar appointments/timescale from 30 mins to 15mins?

    I know how to do it for one windows 10 outlook 2016 instance (calendar, view, timescale).

    Is this possible though Group Policy or a registry change?

    To the best of my knowledge, I am afraid it's not feasible to change this setting via Group Policy or registry. 

    For current situation, you can consider train the users to manually change the setting via Outlook Options. Besides, it's also supported to manually modify the timescale in the time field as follows:
