Email notification doesn't get sent periodically RRS feed

  • in my scsm2012 sp1, occasionally some email notifications for resolving incidents don't get sent properly, while the other email notif seems to work well.

    I look at the workflow status of workflow, the ones didn't get sent seem to have more activity items than the successful ones (even they all look successful)...

    I also noticed the duration of successful email notification is 1 or 2 seconds, but these failed ones have 0 second.
