How to run two same model usb printers on one pc RRS feed

  • Go to Control Panel.

    Select All Control Panel Items.

    Open Devices and Printers.

    At the top of the window, select Add a Printer.

    Select Add a Local Printer.

    In Choose a Printer Port, select Use an existing port.

    In the drop down menu, select the USB001(Virtual Printer Port for USB).

    Select the Next Button. 

    and process is stucked.(end)

  • I suggest you contact the printer manufacturer's Technical Support and follow their instructions.

    Most USB printer instructions tell you to not install the print software & driver until prompted to so it can configure the printers instead of you trying to configure them.

    Very few people install two identical printers so you essentially have a special situation and the manufacturer's Technical Support is best qualified to assist you in this endeavor.
