    Hi -

    Your APPCRASH shows NVIDIA as the faulting driver nvcpl.dll, timestamp = 48d14dfb = Wed Sep 17 11:35:39 2008 
    nvcpl.dll = NVIDIA control panel. 
    You are running Vista SP2
    See if updated video drivers are available
    I think you may find your system appcrashes related to an Internet Security product (ISP) with a personal firewall, based on the 0xc0000005 exception = a memory access violation

    Check w/ your system manufacturer first for NVIDIA driver updates, then with NVIDIA  - http://www.nvidia.com/Download/index.aspx?lang=en-us
    If you have an ISP installed, use their removal tool.
