"Scientific Workplace 5.x" Sequencing FONTS issue RRS feed

    After sequencing above application when I launch test document, I get a message that Application is not able to detect some fonts; but fonts are installed and registered correctly.

    Backround:- Application has 5 shortcuts in which 1 shortcut was 16 bit, which we deleted. All other shortcuts are working fine, by local install, but we are facing issue only is sequenced application.

    Hello,

    Use process monitor to determine where it tries to locate fonts - use that information to resolve the problem

    Hi,

    We checked thr process monitor and found that It is trying to locate in Virtual drive, where expected...

    Sounds great - but are the fonts available in the package? How did you determine that the fonts are part of the package?
