Standardise Outlook Signature for All Users Using Group Policy

  • Hi Folks,

    We are looking to push out an email signature template for all users in our company to standardise it across the board, has anyone done this before using group policy and if so can they point me in the right direction on how to go about doing this??

    Also is group policy the best tool to use to do this or is it very limited with what it can do, or would we be better purchasing a 3rd party product that has more functionality to do this for us?
