  • Hi,

Event 8206 EXCDO error is an informational event indicating Exchange cannot save an appointment or meeting. This does not mean an issue and Exchange will thereafter repair it or ignore it and you may see an 8230 event below indicating Exchange is repairing the calendar item. One example is the recurring meeting without start date and end date. If you save this recurring meeting, 8206 EXCDO will be logged for a notifying that the recurring meeting does not have start or end date. But afterwards, Exchange will simply ignore it and continue to save it to calendar without the start and end data.

    Hope it helps.

    Best Regards!
