  • when I log on to my computer,it states no internet connection,i have tried everything to fix it but nothing seems to work,can you help me?

    What's your Windows version? Would you please summarize what you have done to let me help narrow down this issue?

    At this point, I recommend to reinstall the Network adapter driver from manufacturer's website, and try commands below to check this issue:

    netcfg -d
