    I just installed Windows 7 Ultimate retail in the new VMware Workstation 7 in the process of setting up a test environment.

    Works like a champ, even Aero runs great!

    Are you able to connect to the Internet. I have installed the Windows 7 RC on VMWare workstation 6, but looks like i am not able to connect to Internet using my broadband connection.

    Yes, absolutely.  Ethernet is set to "Bridged", and connected per the little icon at the bottom of the VMware window.

    Before VMware 7 was released I had Windows 7 RC working in VMware 6.5 and was also able to connect okay.

    Please let me know if you'd like any of the details of my network setup.
