Knowledge Article - Show External Content RRS feed

  • Hi,

    We would like to use external content for our Knowledge Articles.
    Using the console this all works fine.

    In the portal, the knowledge article shows up fine. But when opening it, it shows internal content.
    The internal content section is empty, so only a blanc page shows up.

    Is there a way to change this behavior, so external content is showed instead of internal content?

  • Hi Valérie,

    Unfortunately this does not work in the portal only in the console. KA's only show up in .rtf format showing only internal content on the portal.

    It would be ideal to use SharePoint for KA's. I used SharePoint for a knowledge base in the past and it worked very well. It would be nice to tie that with Service Manager.
