Unable to add files from OneDrive for Business RRS feed

  • Hi Joliet: Thanks for reaching out. Could you please try the following and let us know how it works:

    • Drag a document, such as PDF or Word, from you desktop and drop into GigJam
    • You should see your document in GigJam after this.

    If this above works, then follow on:

    • Remove the OneDrive for Business card from your canvas
    • Open the left panel home menu (button in the top left)
    • Go to Sources
    • Click OneDrive for Business
    • Click Disconnect
    • Re-add the OneDrive for Business card

    And that should allow you view your OneDrive for Business content in GigJam. Additionally, ensure you IT Admin has enabled GigJam access by following our guide here:  https://aka.ms/enablegigjam
