When I start Word, the blank opening document opens with an incorrect location for the curser. It used to open correctly. When I opened the Normal template in Microsoft/Templates, it opens and looks correct with the cursor and all formatting correct as
originally done. But, Word always opens with the incorrect formating. I even tried renaming the Normal template, closed Word, then reopened Word. And Word created a new Normal template like it is supposed to. However, it is still opening up the blanl document
with the wrong cursor location. What can I do to get Word to open with the default Normal template?
