Question

Hi Experts,
I'm able to change the logo on adfs page by changing the file located at "C:\inetpub\adfs\ls\logo.png"
https://blogs.technet.microsoft.com/stevenha/2012/11/12/customizing-the-adfs-forms-based-login-page/
But how do i insert a background image above that logo. Like below. Where i need to place the picture file and is there any changes i need to make in config file

I guess you could do it with a CSS. Why not moving to ADFS on Windows Server 2012 R2? The upgrade path is pretty smooth and usually without service interruption: Migrating Active Directory Federation Services Role Service to Windows Server 2012 R2 https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dn486815%28v=ws.11%29.aspx?f=255&MSPPError=-2147217396
