Trouble Opening Documents RRS feed

  • We installed Microsoft 10 long ago when it was first offered to everyone

    We are unable to read documents that were saved prior to installation. We need halp. Please provide a live chat service person or a phone call 3**-***-***9. Nothing else you have provided onscreen has helped!!!

    How do you attempt to open the documents? 
    Is there any error message when the problem occurs?
    Does this issue only occur to Word?

    Please try to start Word first, then go to File > Open, navigate to the document and select the Open and Repair option to see if the issue can be opened properly:

    Besides, please try to start one of your Office applications, like Word, and then select File > Account > Update Options > Update Now to install the latest updates and check if there will be any improvement.
