Conten Indexing issue - Help Needed RRS feed

  • Hi Team

    continously geeting the below event 

    Message       : Content indexing has been disabled for database '0x80041820' because of error 'SGROUP\DB-TVLSUNDB01-01' from MSSearch.
    Object        : MSExchangeIS Mailbox Store:9842

    i stopped the MSexchange index servcice and renamed / deleted  the catalog folder and started the MSexchange index servcice . new catalog folder was created to the associated database

    but it keeps coming the same event 

    how could i stop this. Please suggest further

  • It wouldn't hurt, but I think my advice is more likely to solve your issue.

    If the issue persist, we can update to exchange 2007 sp3 RU19 to test:

  • What version of Exchange, and what service pack and rollup hotfix level are you running?

    Perhaps you have some kind of mailbox corruption.  Consider creating a new database, moving all the mailboxes from DB-TVLSUNDB01-01 to the new database, then deleting DB-TVLSUNDB01-01.

    Please try to restart the following services in this order:

    Microsoft Exchange Search Indexer

    Microsoft Search (Exchange)

    Microsoft Exchange Information Store

    If the issue persists, please also refer to the solution of the below blog:

    Thanks,  i went through this link long back. do we need to run the two script one after another

    .\Repair-ExchangeSearchSymlinks.ps1

    and 

    .\ResetSearchIndex.ps1 [-force] <dbname> [<dbname>]...

    also my Event ID is different other tahn the link mentioned
