    Hi 

    I have a configured End to end in salesforce as well in outlook....

    Outlook- i have created rules  from address to address.

    But the case is not creating in salesforce..

    What Outlook rules do you mean?

    Do you configure Salesforce for Outlook? If yes, you can check this article to see if your configuration is correct.

    As here we mainly focus on issues and feedback about Outlook client, if Outlook rules without Salesforce work correctly, this issue should be related with Salesforce. I’d like to recommend you contact Salesforce Support to see if they have any good ideas.
