Issue with OWA on UAG SP2, no username displayed in upper right hand corner RRS feed

  • When users access OWA via the UAG, the display name that is supposed to appear in the upper right hand corner of OWA does so for a split second, then disappears. Because of this, users are not able to open other mailboxes.

    It looks to be a screen resolution issue. If you expand the new OWA window out, you will eventually see the name and can click it to search for another mailbox.
