    Is there a setting for the System Admin to sync the address book to all users?

    I found many users' address book are out of date. And they do not realize that.

    Sure, just run from powershell:
    Set-AddressList -Identity “All users”.

    Offcourse you need to have the Exchange Powershell snapin loaded.

    On a Exchange on-premise environment you can do this by typing:
    add-pssnapin Microsoft.exchange.management.powershell.admin

    On a Exchange online environment you can do this by typing:
    $UserCredential = Get-Credential # <-- you enter your O365 tenant admin credentials here
    $Session = New-PSSession -ConfigurationName Microsoft.Exchange -ConnectionUri https://outlook.office365.com/powershell-liveid/ -Credential $UserCredential -Authentication Basic -AllowRedirection
    Import-PSSession $Session

    Hi,

    Do you mean the Exchange offline GAL? Which version of Exchange server are you using? From your another post in Exchange forum, you are using Exchange online, correct? If this is the case, you may try this PowerShell script to "tickle" mail recipients in Exchange Online. Or, you have to update the address book from each Outlook client side manually.

    Since this issue is more likely related to the Exchange server side, if you would like further assistance on this issue, I'd recommend you post a new question to the following dedicated forum:
