  • Hello Ashvini,

There are 4 exams for the SharePoint 2007 series.

WSS Configuration (70-631) covers the base functionality and is, in my opinion the hardest.  It covers topics like IRM, NLB, and Central Administrationi settings.
MOSS Configuration (70-630) is probably the easiest fo the four.  It is more or less a SSP test that covers Search, BDC, but does go into a couple of the other templates.
The development ones are pretty straight forward.

Each exam covers differant topics.  In my opinion, all of them are worth taking.

I would recommend you 70-541, but please take care on preparing to it, at least use "Measured Skills" sesction as checklist of your knowledge.
