How do you stop double emails to Affected Users? RRS feed

  • When we first create an Incident 2 emails issue to the user -we cannot see this in the workflow and it is the only event that triggers this error.

    Any advice?

  • Is the same workflow being triggered twice?

    You can check this in the adminstration pane -> workflows -> status

  • Yes we have checked and workflow is normal but I don't know much about Mgt packs so I do not want to tamper .

    What are we looking at in STATUS?

  • I am just trying to figure out if the same workflow is firing.

    Any chance of a screenshot?

    1. Screenshot of STATUS, highlight the workflow you are checking and then click "All instances"

    Perhaps there is another default workflwo or something running as well, which is causing the duplicate e-mail
