Getting Certificate error in outlook for office365 users.Please help. RRS feed

    User is getting certificate error in outlook. he install that certificate, it works well that day and ahain next day morning user will get the same certificate error to install it. Please help.

    Hi,

    What certificate error did you get? Could you provide a screenshot of the error so that we can further look into it?

    In addition, may I know what is the certificate used for? Are you using it to encrypt emails?

    Have you tried adding the certificate to the Trusted Root Certification Authorities store and then see if this issue continues? For your convenience:
