studio 14 install error 1935 RRS feed

    My operating is Windows 7.  I have tried the CTRL and A key,  tried the download, install and open the tool scan and repair the found errors,  Even tried the one for error 17721.  NOTHING WORKS.  Am I missing something in my computer?  This one was built specifically for Pinnacle Studio 14 specifications.

    It looks like the tool tries to install Visual C++ Runtime and this fails.
