  • We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

Please follow our instructions for finding and uploading the files we need to help you fix your computer. They can be found here
If you have any questions about the procedure please ask

Please read this wiki to find out how to find and upload your event viewer logs

  • Hi Yokujin,

According to your description, we could try these steps to repair this problem.

    1. Check your motherboard driver and graphic driver. Please update them to the latest version.

    2. Check your DX file whether it is damaged or version is too low. Please click Start button and type “ dxdiag “ to check.

    3. We could disable the hardware acceleration. Please following these steps in the link below.

    http://www.wikihow.com/Turn-off-Hardware-Acceleration

Please Note: Since the website is not hosted by Microsoft, the link may change without notice. Microsoft does not guarantee the accuracy of this information.

4.We could startup in Clean Boot to avoid the third party software effects and use the command “ chkdsk “ and “ sfc /scannow “ to repair system files.

If these steps don’t work, as ZigZag3143x said, please upload dump files to a file sharing service like Onedrive or "Rapidshare" and put a link to them in your reply.

Hope it will be helpful to you.

  • Your event viewer logs are where?

  • As suggested by ZigZag3143x you should look at the event viewer logs to get any clue related to this restart.

Ref:How to Check the Application Event Log for Errors

    Others things you could try:

    1. Update Graphic Card Driver. Visit the website of Nvidia to download and install the latest driver which is compatible with your graphic card as well as OS.

    2. You may go for a Clean Boot.

Ref:How to perform a clean boot in Windows

    3.Disable Automatic Restart:

Right Click on My Computer and Select Properties
    Click on the Tab Advanced
In the Start up Recovery select Settings uncheck the Option Automatic Restart

  • without changed Drivers, as this didn't happen before, it could be thermal Problems. you might try to dedust your graphics Card / check temperatures during Operation with a program like hwmonitor

  • no, my gpu seems dustless :/
    Thursday, March 31, 2016 1:55 PM
  • Many many, many problems including

    1-Bluestacks

    2-BestHD Android SVC

    3-Bonjour service (itunes)

    4-Readyboot

    5-DNS (bitly, fritzbox, etc)

5-Time service ( Der angeforderte Name ist gültig, es wurden jedoch keine Daten des angeforderten Typs gefunden)

    6-Aurora

7-Netruntime ( Der Prozess wurde aufgrund eines Ausnahmefehlers beendet)

    Etc....

Your best bet is probably to do a wipe and re-install

You can confirm the OS is wounded by running a system file check which will probably find problems it cannot fix

Please run a system file check (SFC) & DISM  if you are on win 8 or higher

All instructions are in our Wiki article below...Should you have any questions please ask us.
