  • Make sure there is no malware in your system.Scan your system with latest definition of anti-malware tool in Safe mode.

    Reset TCP/IP, proxy and DNS



    1. Right-click "Command Prompt", and click "Run as administrator". 

    2. Please enter the following commands, and press enter after each:

     

    NETSH  INT  IP  RESET

    NETSH  WINHTTP  RESET  PROXY

    IPCONFIG  /FLUSHDNS

     

    3. Restart the computer to check the issue.
