Reported Hours Discrepancy in My Work after Publish - 2010 vs. 2013 RRS feed

    On 3 different organizations that use the PWA My Work page (version 2010) we have found out cases that:

    1.  A user reports hours in My Work

    2. The PM accepts the time reporting

    3.  The PM works on the project and publishes it (not affecting actual work in any manner)

    4. After the publish, the data in My Work is not the same as the user reported - the hours may be spread differently, doubled or even reduced

    One of the organization even opened a Premier call that didn't provide a resolution. We take it as a fact that Publish is not bullet-proof for integrity of reported actuals and we assume that it's resulted from optimizations done to reduce storage consumption of the Draft DB.

    All of this experience is on 2010 version.

    My question is if anyone had experienced it on 2013 version as well?
