Hi,
Please try to use the startup repair:
Hold on shift when clicking Restart in Setting Charms and during the restarting process, click Troubleshoot -> Advance Menu -> Automatic Repair.
After this has been done, please check the issue again.
Considering that the issue can also be caused by Disk error or Ram error, let's run Disk Checker tool and Memory diagnostic tool to see if there is any error.
Disk Checker:

Memory diagnostic tool:
Open the Start Menu and type in mdsched.exe, then press enter.
Any error, please post back.
